    Missed it. Surprised he's listed JPA as trade. Previously he was a fan. Obviously he feels like most of us now - he's just not good enough.

    90% likely he is just OK the rest of the year, gets a QO, declines and walks, and we get a good draft pick 10% likely Jays are out of contention at the trade deadline, and JJ has been good enough that another team will trade us something better than a good draft pick. Saves $ too potentially if you do that for cheaper younger players.

    Rasmus would make more sense from our side, especially financially. He's getting expensive in his arb years. I'd do Rasmus and Oliver for Kinsler in a second But Rangers probably wouldn't

    I'd rather trade less for Kinsler TBH Oliver and Rasmus or Gose??? Problem with Kinsler is the $$$ so I can't see us going for him...

    Plus, the Rays do it with a year to a year and a half remaining on contracts and still get great returns. We own Bautista for 3 more years after this at reasonable $. That's worth more.
