    Very happy with this trade A) He was costing us wins and might have next year too It means AA isn't blind, nor too stubborn to admit he made a mistake C) It makes it more likely that we keep Rajai Davis as our 4th OF/pinch runner (something I really want them to do)

    Just listened to Shi Davidi discussing the ripple effect through the organization When JJ went to DL: Esmil Rogers is starting again after having been just demoted to the bullpen Thad Weber in Buffalo was scratched in case the Jays needed him. A bullpen game was had instead. They ran out of relievers and Mike McCoy had to pitch the 9th inning Kyle Drabek had to miss his planned start in AA and was moved up to Buffalo sooner than planned Chad Jenkins had to make a start a day early What a disaster Johnson has been this year

    Do we really think that's all he'll amount to? He's only at this level at age 24 because of injuries I presume?

    I like how he seems to be asking other players on the team for advice and talking to Mattola. Could he be maturing? That bout of failure may have done home some good I thinks. Didn't help the team any this year but may have humbled him a bit and made him open up to more coaching/input.
