With all the snowbirds in Florida he's basically signing in Canada anyway, but without the taxes
  2. Confirmed. Have you two decided if you want me to accept it now, or tonight after turnover yet? You both gave me different(ish) answers.
  3. Probably as soon as Sanchez hits whatever innings limit they're thinking, which will probably be another 4 or 5 starts.
  4. I'd do a struggling pitcher swap, Liriano for Gray.
  5. Doesn't really matter, it wasn't a reliable one you could expect to claim any given week anyway.
  6. Nah, looks like he's got everything it takes to be a #1, and even with cutting four teams goaltending should still be at a premium. I have a few potentially good ones on the farm now. Would have preferred to trade down though and take him later.
  7. Carter Hart. Spanky is otc.
  8. Does he have an innings limit this year?
  9. My pick is available if you're upgrading on one of my keepers
  10. I think he's out, but not sure it's conclusive enough to overturn.

Possibly, but unless Juolevi is the next coming of a Karlsson or something, I'd prefer the likely first line young prospect.

Not a fan of the Canucks pick, at least not with Tkachuk still on the board.
  13. I believe my 2nd round pick should be expired too, since I only have room for 1 pick.
  14. The concern I have more with Castellanos is the walk rate. However as far as larger number of career PA, he's STILL a full year younger than Devon Travis is. It's not at all unreasonable imo that he'll make more adjustments and improve further. I could see him being a 120 to 125 wRC+ guy with 20 to 25 home runs a year. Not elite by any means, but definitely very valuable in a 30 team league (even more so with your league's salary factors for the next few years). Whether he or Devon are more valuable going forward, I'm not sure. 2B IS a harder position to fill, and I love Devon's approach at the plate.
  15. In case it isn't clear, what King is saying is that if you don't cut anyone and only have one open prospect slot, you can make only one pick. The rest of your picks will evaporate as soon as the draft starts. If you still want to do that, you should try to trade at least the other 1st rounders as they have value.
  16. Ah, okay. Yep, I see it now.
  17. Making Hentgen the color analyst could be fascinating.
  18. You should change the entry draft page from team names to poster names. A year from now no one is gonna know who took what if we want to look back.
  19. I actually don't mind our broadcasting crew. I like that they aren't total homers, or talk about food for innings on end ignoring the game. And while they're way short on the analysis side, I don't need them for that.
  20. Stop cutting the blood flow to your head off. The horseshoe goes up your ass, not around your neck.
  21. Looking to possibly pick up a 1st round pick. Also will trade my 2nd rounder for an equivalent waiver pick (BB or GD perhaps?).
  22. I'll drop Chlapik, Martin, Armia
  23. This is just cutting the prospects down, right? Not our offseason rosters?
  24. Pleeeaasseee let that #1 2017 draft pick be mine. It'll help make up for Harvey, Liriano, Stroman, Giles, Cecil, Kela all s***ing the bed at the same time, along with the Cecil and Smith injuries. FFS I finally take pitching seriously and it's last in the league.
