    I don't think anyone is underestimating them. They've had key injuries though, and if that Boston offense gets hot, it could be a problem. They went into a slump at exactly the right time (for everyone else).

    I want Cleveland to eliminate Boston, but doing it in five games would be ideal. Finishing it off today would probably be 2nd best option. Four games would be a *worst case* for them to advance imo.

    I'm not sure it's all that bad because of the height of the wall. An advantage, sure, but I'm not sure about unfair. I'd argue the short porch the Yankees have is degrees of magnitude worse.

    I *almost* feel sorry for Boston fans, having to pin their hopes on Buchholz in an elimination game.

    Nah, I'd rather stand pat and just be allowed to whine for the next 4 months It could be worse I guess. Whoever owns Crosby is probably having a really bad morning.

    Losing Nichushkin was disappointing. Losing Huberdeau really, really sucks

    I don't think it would change things much. They can't start it too early or it would set up the possibility of a REALLY long delay after the next series.

    I have no issue with that. We'd be doing (and calling) for the same thing if the positions were reversed. On a better note, this should give us some very much needed rest. Let's hope for the NL series to go 5.

    In fairness, we got a LOT of favorable strike calls in Texas.

    Either the strike zone display is wonky, or it's a real tight zone tonight.

    Definitely. The Indians are a very good team too, but imo they're a much better matchup for us.

    The look on Darvish's face when that Carrera hit left the park was so satisfying.

    I think people hate more on Buck and Pat. The actual video, etc might be the best in baseball. Frankly I think if you listen to any announcer for 162+ games a year, you'll find little annoyances that eat at you over time.

    We might put out some of the weirdest playoff lineups ever if we see Martin at 2B. It would go right up there with two position players pitching in a playoff game last year.

    Out of curiosity, I wonder what Jones yelled back at the fans? It may have been just as bad, if not worse, than what they yelled for all we know.

    I think I read something about Uber testing some self driving cars. Taxi drivers will REALLY love that.

    Plenty of sober people do idiotic things while driving too, such as chasing Pokemon, playing on their phone, etc. I'd be a little hesitant to trust the self driving car prototypes at highway speeds just yet, but at slower speeds in the city I think it would be fantastic.

    Self driving cars can't get here soon enough.

    Maybe do this, but if it's ruled inconclusive then the team gets to keep their challenge.
