    Who knows if there's more or not, or if that's even for our trade lol. Getting Jordan Patterson would be kind of interesting as well as a lottery ticket.

    Someone in the Twitter comments (yeah, I know) says the Cubs offered Zagunis, Steele, and Uelmen for Happ. I don't think they're referring to this rumor, so not what we'd be getting.

    I can see some potential trade ideas. Give me a day or so to figure out exactly how I want to approach things first though.

    Thanks. There's actually a lot I like on the major league team. I probably won't be looking to shake up the core, just tweak the periphery. We'll see what people offer as the deadline approaches though, and whether I think I have any chance of sneaking into the playoffs this year or not.

    I like Corey Ray better than any of those guys (even Hiura, although I know that won't be a popular opinion). Medeiros is also interesting on the likely more available side of things. Whether he sticks as a starter is anyone's guess, but if not he should be one hell of a reliever.

    Fanduel has an ironman challenge this week. Play in any paid contest 3 days this week and get $2 (even $0.25 tournies I think).     Maybe in September to get his feet wet, but I have doubts that he will otherwise. I would think midseason next year is more likely.

    Hard to give Gurriel an error on that imo, given he was the one that actually caught the ball and was run into. There really needs to be "team errors".

    Should be fairly cheap next year, road splits in line with his career numbers. If we're out of it next year (likely), then we probably get a similar return for him as we get for Happ this year. If he pitches great in the last two months this year, he might return something nice over the winter. I just don't think we're gonna get much of a return right now, given what other players are fetching so far.

    There's rumblings about the Yankees being very unhappy with Gray, and thinking about trading him. I still think Happ for Gray would be good for us.

    Yeah, it was. I think it would have rolled foul if he had let it go, and trying to make the play was risky. He got it done though.
