    So what happens with Boxy? Unless he PM'd you guys, he has 13 prospects and what, forfeits the #1, 6, 7, 9 plus other picks on top of that? That doesn't seem good for the league.

    Lol, the Japanese audio of that Ohtani home run made it sound like a routine fly ball or something. I don't think the pitch or volume of their voices changed at all (no idea what they said).

    Ton of low scoring games today right across baseball, many featuring questionable pitching matchups.

    If his bat keeps progressing, definitely. I don't know if that will be at 2nd, but if he hits they'll find somewhere to play him. He's leading the league in homers, has an 18% walk rate, and with a .320 babip really isn't even getting lucky.

    German is pitching really well for someone with a horseshoe shoved that far up his ass.

    He'll almost certainly be tendered, and should be, unless he has another major injury before the end of the year. After next year it could be a different story though.

    Solarte really needs to put in a LITTLE more effort when running to first. Damn it, we really got Buck'd on that one.

    I wish they'd set up leagues to be variable size. Then we could do it that way, and it would automatically create the contest each week for us. As it stands, the leagues contests only run if they fill

    Really weird. Two pitchers going down with knee injuries, but neither seems to have slipped at all or anything.

    Well, the buying teams often like to wait too, to see if a more premium guy becomes available (like Archer or deGrom).

    Historically very few big trades are made this early. We can't just will a trading partner into both paying what we want AND doing it before everyone else enters the market.
