  1. Freeman with the opposite field approach to the home run derby. Bold move.
  2. Well yeah, but I'm talking about the player's point of view since they're the ones that can dictate the years on a contract. That's why I said it makes more sense for the hitter to go year to year imo (at least earlier in their careers).
  3. Bregman doesn't exactly hit moonshots anyway.
  4. Aguilar has a lot of work to do.
  5. Good work with the fireworks. Half the stadium couldn't see them standing on the stage.
  6. There is right now (100% up to $200 bonus). Popped up after I sat on the site for a while. Might look into it more, but if you're willing to accept many small returns the tennis looks like one you could do really well betting in the middle of the matches.
  7. Is the Sports Interaction fully legal to participate in? Their live tennis looks really interesting.
  8. Well you're in a thread where people are posting their predictions, so...
  9. Aguilar Schwarber Harper Muncy Schwarber Muncy Muncy
  10. That's true, but then you could argue that he'd be better signing a 3 or 4 year deal (maybe sacrificing $10M for the guarantee of $120M), THEN going year to year after. If he suffered an injury, it could take him 2 years to get back to the earning potential he had before. I don't know, it'll be interesting to see. As I said, I like the idea better for a batter.
  11. I think I like it less for pitchers than position players. The only part that makes sense to me is pitching for a contender every year.
  12. If it makes you feel better, I also traded him.
  13. Speaking of our prospects, has anyone looked at $5k Cal Stevenson's walk and k rates? He's probably a nothing prospect, and is old for the level, but that's one way to make an impression.
  14. Three of those were just to save money to afford Kloffenstein.
  15. Right now I'd probably say Mahle over Mejia (I think in a few years the answer might be Rutherford).
  16. Even that might be too generous. I think if I'm a GM, I want nothing to do whatsoever with that entire family.
  17. LMFAO: http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/24113118/lavar-ball-boasts-beat-lebron-james-one-one-says-back-my-heyday-hold-me
  18. I have no idea how to handle the ASG in DFS. My gut feeling is to go with mostly relievers, but that also limits upside.
  19. I'd imagine it's more boring without you there.
  20. You mean the Sanchez who put up 3.8 WAR at age 24 (and given he's on the extremes meaning he's probably a FIP beater, likely was worth more)? That's assuming that was actually his ceiling too. That's pretty solid.
  21. It was King. I think Org? was trying to fix it.
  22. Dunno, every office needs someone to blame everything on. Makes it easier if some of it is actually true.
  23. I could have done without knowing this.
