With the rule changes coming next year, having Maile be able to come in and throw 20 innings a year in mop up duty could actually be really valuable for the team. It's something that might be worth exploring as this season progresses. -

The last thing a coach should be telling guys out of a timeout is to actually MOVE AND GET OPEN!!! Having to waste a timeout should never happen.

I think the 1B market the last few years have shown there isn't much demand, at least in terms of coughing up assets. He may be more valuable to us than to anyone else.
