    He and Cousins are already essentially ruled out of the start of the finals. Durant might have a shot at returning if it goes deep into the series.

    I think it's interesting how catchers today immediately throw the ball out of play if it hit the dirt. 20 years ago the umpire would have to pry it out of their fingers.
