    Why? A lot of pitchers take a 2 year deal while rehabbing TJS.

    Considering he missed almost all of last year with elbow problems, it makes sense not to rush him right now. Let him get some regular work in on the taxi squad in a controlled environment, then promote him in a few weeks when you're sure he's properly built up.

    Good thing that pitch to Cespedes was a fastball. If that had been off-speed, he would have screwed himself so far into the ground they would have needed a backhoe to get him out. Fun to watch either way though

    A hockey team in Russia had most of their team come down with it and had to withdraw from all of their preseason games if I remember right.

    Dustin Johnson was not a wise selection today. Man alive. He goes from winning a tournament, to +16 and getting cut last week (in very tough conditions mind you), to +8 through the first 12 holes today.

    They could play each other to determine the order they pick in then.

    Give the top 4 teams a guaranteed birth. The other 8 teams (for example) play best of three to determine the final 4 teams. The top 4 then get to pick (in order of standings) who they want to face (well, the top 3 do anyway). That would spice things up a bit! Make all the other series best of 7.
