  1. Grossest misuse of a reported post ever King. Do that again and I'm going o2 on your ass.
  2. 50 to 41 just debuted with 2 Indians on it Which would make 5 Indians on the list (I don't think Carrasco and Salazar will be top 25 but will be on. http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/2015-trade-value-50-41/ I also downgrade my Thor prediction as I noticed they seldom debut pitchers too high and there are so many great young players in the game right now.
  3. He was only at 17 last year but I suppose losing his first arb case somehow helps his trade value. Maybe it's also because they still didn't 100% believe in him last year. I suppose top 10 makes sense.
  4. Arenado will probably be in at 10 or higher. Four arbitration years as a super two. Boras will get him paid but still not anywhere near his value.
  5. With so many great framers now isn't this value really going down. I mean it's a teachable skill. If Zunino bat isn't going to improve they'd be better off acquiring a potential league average in glove and bat and teaching the skill to them.

Tulo has dropped right out. Molina likely too.
  7. http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/2015-trade-value-the-guys-who-just-missed-the-cut/ Any Jays predictions? I'll say EE off the list but on the Honorable mention. Travis might hit the HM too, Stoman would have made the list but might hit HM or just not make it because of the injury. Bats at 30, Donaldson at 16.
  8. Team MVP: I'll avoid picking a pitcher and pick Springer. Before his injury he was doing a little of everything for my team. I'll give a little honourable mention for my 2B tandem that's putting up a .357/.430 slash. Sitting with Infante in my 2B spot to start the season, now I've got two under 30 options acquired for nothing (a third and Wilmer Difo I think). Team LVP: Marcel Ozuna. I was expecting a dropoff...but not this. Worst part is that he's my only CF next year. Team Ace: Only 13 innings but I'll give it to Jose Fernandez. Thor has been pretty good too. Team RA Dickey: I guess this has to go to Wade Miley. His first three weeks single-handily put me in a hole that I couldn't get out of in this stupid pool Breakout Prospect: I hate to took the horn of any pitcher who isn't being stretched out at all. Yohander Mendez came back from injury in a relief role and didn't give up a run for his 25 innings pitched. I thought lights out lefty in the pen was his future anyway so I'm pretty happy if this fast tracks him to the pen. Honourable mention to the most bland top 100 prospect who is improving but still bland Michael Conforto. Guy has the most boring .312/.394/.475 slash ever. Dud Prospect: I've always had two rules: don't tell anyone if the girl you went home with ended up having a penis and don't trust anyone named Lucas (these two might be related). I broke rule two with Lucas Sims. f*** him.
  9. What was the terrible call running there...or pinch running with the 3rd slowest guy on the team.
  10. Well you learned the written, but of you are going to pay the favor it will have to be oral.
  11. Trent Clark is my new favourite prospect. The guy has been playing professional baseball for 2 weeks now and he's already been carted off on a stretcher after running into the wall head first, and now he's hit for the cycle. Got three shots at the single to do it though.
  12. just be glad I have no talent left on my team as you just joined my no trade list.
  13. Fixed now the Mexican can make fun of me typing in a second language. And yes you can suck my chicken
  14. He's so exciting to watch though...last week he swung the bat twice in a game. Seriously though he said he likes to watch the first three or four pitches. That'll work in the bigs.
  15. Also known as a good pitcher
  16. I can't thank this enough (I haven't actually thanked it once but that is out of principle it being North). I was a stupid guy when I started on the boards... nothing has changed but because of some really smart people and a natural love of curiosity I reaearched on my own to get a basic understanding of the numbers and what they mean. Taking the time and just giving the basic understanding of where you are coming from will help get a point across more than saying something like "Hutch has been our best starter" or posting fangraph links and making absolute statements. Just my little preach to the really smart on the board...someday I'll even teach you to talk to humans face to face as a thank you
  17. Watching Joey Votto of course. I've always laughed about the live pro scout like you are going to see something different than 420 innings of video since returning from his injury. But you got to employ that ex ball player...what else is he going to do?
  18. Slugging .500 since you owned him...shoved that one up Dinger's ass.
  19. Brewers suck. Adam Oattes should ditch them as he's the only guy with any talent.
  20. So the Jays tried to sign Phillippe Aumont after his DFA with the Phils. He turned it down and joined the NCBL (essentially the Men's league in Ottawa). He just didn't want to play anymore. The National team convinced him to not give up and he's starting the 3rd game of the Pan Am games. If he performs well in the Pan Am games I expect the Jays to give him a minor league deal.
  21. Any conversation with Barker is tough to listen to.
  22. Collabello and Paulsen...I can play with one OF. After my beating from FeatherD I now I know how you felt after the 12-1 defeat. Even worse is that it puts the Feather back into the hunt.
  23. So who taught Dayton Moore about baseball all of a sudden? Dumps Jason Frasor and his 1.54 ERA.
  24. Adames made some fantastic plays in the game I went to this year. I'm betting his "he'll outgrow SS" tag has his defensive reviews staying negative. Zero chance you would have thought Crawford was the can't miss SS prospect, on that one game sample size. BP list was absolutely awful.
