    Tolleson is just below avg at everything and I understand keeping him when going with an 8 man pen. I hope they cut the pen back as soon as Saunders gets back or maybe even before. It really doesn't make sense bringing all our prospects up at the same time just to sit in the pen. We could have gone with a 4 man rotation the first week and a 6 man pen. Just keep guys back at least for a week and see how things play out. If they are all on the 25 man roster so that AA didn't have to bruise and baby egos then it's a mistake.

    you can get your mom's house that Izturis would have made the team if he wasn't hurt. he's not gone, just one the Dl and he might take Tolly's spot when he comes back.

    we can hope. without injuries we wont have the black hole in the lineup that we've seen the past few years. Jose, EE and Josh are key. not being able to pitch around guys is vital. we all saw Jose get walked a couple times a game last year in August just because EE was gone and no one farther down in the lineup was a threat.

    a lot needs to happen before Friday. it will be interesting to see the roster tuesday. EE needs to get a lot of AB before next monday. I really hope someone needs a catcher before next week.

    Drabek isn't completely Ricky Romero, but he's not far away from that. A pitcher who cant throw strikes is as useless an ejection seat on a helicopter
