    Drabek isn't completely Ricky Romero, but he's not far away from that. A pitcher who cant throw strikes is as useless an ejection seat on a helicopter

    Going with a 3 man bench is a brutal decision. It makes it so that you cant rotate players in to give guys a day off without f***ing the starting lineup over. There is always at least one guy who is a little beat up so the bench ends up being Navarro and Goins.

    I dont think it matters where the raps finish the season, there really aren't any teams that will make the playoffs that I can see them beating in a series.

    I really hope that Buck and Pat where sniffing paint fumes today when they said that the Jays want EE to play the bulk of innings at first. that would mean that they are planning on using Navarro as the DH. is the AA smoking crack?

    I wouldn't risk anyone who will or even any who might make the opening day roster on a wet field.

    that would depend on how our pen is performing. If our pen is lock down then Defensive changes are a good thing. if our pen sucks then you never know how much offense you will need

    I'm more worried about Navarro. as long as Travis does well Izturis will not be anything more than a bench piece. They will find all kinds of really stupid reasons to get Navarro into the lineup. we all know they will.

    I like the idea of using Goins as a late inning D move with a lead. get a couple runs up and take Reyes out in the 6th or 7th inning.

    regular season starts really late this year. there are regular season games in October. world series will go into November....
