    They're projected for identical wRC+'s and a 5 point difference in wOBA. Imagine paying Adam Lind 25 million dollars a year for the next three years, and you have Ryan Howard. Wow.

    I didn't really talk to other fans around that time, but just to throw some names I was excited about, I had some hopes for guys like Cooper, Thigpen, Purcey, Hill, Jackson, etc.

    I think that in a vacuum it would be a decent trade for both sides but when you start considering positional needs and what's out there it starts to make a lot less sense.

    Guys I have it. Ryan Goins for Lynn + Wacha + Miller They clear out some of that pitching and in return get the best defensive player in the history of the game, ever.
