  1. Thanks. Anyone else that would have jumped up this year that is outside the list? And who would you include from this years draft?
  2. Can someone provide me a list of the Jays top 50 prospects? Doesn't have to be in order, I just want to make sure I have atleast the top 30, and an extra 10-20 names as people will have different opinions on rankings #20-#30. Very important not to miss anyone important. This includes recent draftees, even if they haven't been signed yet. Thank you. Would be great if I could get it tonight if possible. But again, can't forget anyone. ** Edit, actually I'm going to bed. Hopefully we can get this done early tomorrow. Hope a few people can chime in to make sure we don't forget anyone. Thanks.
  3. Came across that a few weeks ago on some site. It did it as an animation over like ten seconds. So it went up and down after each game.
  4. Very slim odds we make the playoffs. They'll play good enough to make us get excited again, then disappoint us as we just miss the playoffs.
  5. I'm curious, as a starter did he just not want to throw 100% velocity to save his arm, or was there just a decline from the start of his outing to the end. 4-5mph is a pretty big difference.
  6. I just want to say I wasn't disputing the velocity increase, I was just saying it's not the 5-6mph that some articles/people think it is.
  7. Not as amazing as it seems. http://www.fangraphs.com/pitchfxo.aspx?playerid=2660&position=P&pitch=FA Look in 2012, mid 2012 was when he was a starter, end of 2012 is when he was moved to the bullpen. You see his velocity isn't much different than this year.
  8. Dickey is the key imo. Most other starters are being decent and we can really get on a roll. But then when you get to your 'ace' and he gives up 7 runs, it's a real momentum killer. With Reyes, Lind, EE, Bautista, Rasmus, that's enough to put up some wins.
  9. Nice that they aren't teeing up on him, but the walks are pretty important part of him being 'fixed'. I'd really hate for them to bring him back up if he continues performances like this.
  10. That's hilarious. Boni is laughing so hard.
  11. Man Liriano would have been nice here! Just think, if we didn't make all these moves, this is the kind of guy we probably would have picked up. I even wouldn't have mind signing Carlos Villanueva. I don't know if I would have given him $10/2years like the Cubs did, but it would have been nice to have him here for a long man, and could have moved into the rotation when the injuries came up. He could have stuck around 4.00ERA, which would have been just fine. Guthrie 7-3 with 3.60ERA, bet Buck loves that signing. 4.91xFIP -.3WAR.
  12. How long has Reyes been out now? I'm too lazy to look.
  13. One of the best bullpens in the league. Lind mashing. Rogers having great starts, and we're still f***ing terrible. Even Rasmus is decent. EE mashing, Jose doing okay (minus lately). That should be more than enough to be better than what we are. Rotation f***ing blows. JPA f***ing blows.
  14. Good questions in that interview, didn't shy away.
  15. Fair point. Bautista wouldn't be a rental, so I guess it wouldn't be too bad of a move.
  16. I know, but with Stanton not wanting to be there, it could be one of the best fits, and Hech hasn't really done too much for them. They could always move Hech to 2B. Yeah, I just meant at a starting point. I have no idea what it would cost, especially now that Stanton hasn't been killing it this year. But he wants out of Miami, Texas would love him, and they have what it takes to get him. Could be a good time to make a move. Nolasco + Stanton for Profar + Olt ++ PS I just looked at Cody Buckel's stats, 28BB in 9.1IP.
  17. Rangers and Marlins are a better fit. Better time to buy low on Stanton, and I'm sure Marlins would love him too.
  18. Dumb question to ask about JJ considering he's been hurt.
  19. Yeah, I just meant me personally, I haven't been following a great deal lately, so I miss everything.
  20. People need to put NSFW for unappropriate material. And link it rather than embedding it. I haven't really seen any 18+ content though. But we need to make this a rule and make sure it is known.
  21. Upgrade has been completed, of course I was one of the last ones that got switched over. Might be still a couple members left, but they should be over soon. It used to be done in an hour, now it seems like it takes forever. Out of my control. Board should be a lot faster. If you use it at work, and it was blocked, I'd like to know if it's still blocked. We are on a new IP so we can atleast determine if it was the IP that was blocked. The site should be a lot faster now, no delays.
  22. No, I don't have access to PMs, you have to do it yourself. Just select the option that selects them all and delete, should only take about ten seconds. I'll increase storage for PMs after the upgrade as well.
