hanton Old-Timey Member Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Never a good thing when your OPS begins with a 6

Jamie Campbell basically acknowledged that Vladdy was getting them post game

When our GM calls other teams, he just has to say it's our ace, then hopefully they dont check the stats and send us some good prospects. Then we also have to hope that nobody knows Cease is actually our ace. But Gausman has been burned into alot of peoples heads as being our ace for so long it shouldn't be that hard to gaslight a GM.

Raptors/Leafs would be getting their assess booed so badly right now... Oh boy. I mean, you're right about lots of fans not knowing a damn thing about baseball, but they're often also apt to booing. To suggest fans don't boo the players because they are too loyal to the front office is insane, even for you. Ever think some people don't boo players because they think it's classless and pointless? That's why I don't boo players - it accomplishes nothing and makes you look like a pouting child. At least IMO. If you want to show the organization how upset you are with the product they've put on the field, than stop going and stop supporting them.

While I also find it ridiculous when I see it happen in many US markets too often (like Judge getting booed after a few bad weeks), I think Jays fans are too far on the other extreme. Theyre charging 75 dollars to sit in the 500s now, there should be every right to be pissed at a product that wasn't worth their time. Especially towards a guy who demanded 500M and not a penny less to be putting up this pathetic season. Pinkfloid, Acemeister79 and jaysblue 3
