I suppose they wanted to give him an extra day and have him starting off the Red Sox series.

Let's hope Hoffman gets back on track up here, along with Little in Buffalo, and Yimi comes back healthy at the end of May/beginning of June - definitely a nice group of arms.

Yeah doesn't hurt to add to the pen at the deadline. I'm sure Atkins will if the Jays are in contention like he has before. Last year he added Varland and Seranthony. In 2023, he added Hicks and Genesis Cabrera. Depends on who is available.

If Hoffman gets back on track, along with Little, that would be a huge boost. Also, if Yimi comes back healthy in June.
