I get where he's coming from though, decent starters back then always went very deep into games more often than not.

But wins/losses..........Dave Stieb>Jack Morris but didn't have the wins.

There is no way Morris had 275 complete games.

I think that should be 175, that's astonishing though

Varsho has equaled his HR total from last year in 194 PA vs 531 PA last year.

18 HRs in 194 PA... holy s***.  The guy's slugging % is approaching .600.

Where. Is the idiot poster saying we don’t lose anything when straw plays over varsho lol.

Also imagine Ray Halladay's career during this era.  We'd be getting robbed of an elite starter being able to show his true skills.

Misspelling his name is blasphemy!

Josh Donaldson was asked about whether he would be throwing a ceremonial pitch for jays post season game, he answered it should be Carter first, then Bautista, and then may be him

He'll be there, regardless.

Springer has 27 home runs.   Very strange because I don't see much of a change to his swing...etc  a little more tilt and attack angle I guess

Maybe staing off his feet more has helped

He's stated that over the past few seasons he was consciously trying to be more of a contact hitter and his approach to go up looking for damage wasn't there. It's back now though
