Honestly, the fact that it was Kirk running was a positive there. Any runner that isn't in the 90th percentile sprint speed is hosed there, that was an absolute laser to home and right on the money. I think a lot of guys struggle to score on that throw.

OAA backs up the eye test so far. 89th percentile fielding run value and 83rd percentile in range. Still not enough throws to qualify for the arm stat, but... I have to think he's 85th percentile minimum.

Of course. I'd probably let Gausman start the inning with Hoffman warming since Gaus is at 96 pitches but... any trouble and i'd go to the closer. That's his job.
