Next button goes to bottom of page

This is only mildly annoying but you would think the next button would take you to the top of the next page in a thread.  It seems you have to hit the back to top button every time.

This is a problem that has angered me for sooooooo long. We've tried to resolve it so many different ways and none of the solutions work well. I'm VERY aware of this issue and will continue trying to come up with a good solution to it.
