The Blue Jays have missed out on almost every high-end free agent the last two off-seasons but finally landed themselves someone with Anthony Santander on a five-year, $90 million deal. Will Santander be enough to make up for missing out on Sasaki, Soto, and other big names, or will the Blue Jays have to begin to look into the next wave of prospects for help?
