The top ten (single season) batting averages in franchise history list is mostly filled with some of the biggest names in Jays history - Olerud, Delgado, Molitor(X2), Fernandez(X3), Alomar, Guerrero Jr....

 

Sneaking in at #10 with a .321 average in 1999, was the slightly lesser known Homer Bush

INF Garth Iorg had an initial stint with the Jays in 1978, before spending his entire eight season career in Toronto wearing #16 (1980-1987).

Shawn Green was my favourite ballplayer when I started to watch baseball as a kid. He had some monster years here in Toronto!

That's the series, when Alomar cranked that HR off Eckersley, Rickey came to the Birds the following season at the deadline.
