Yeah, so watching the game I get the opposite of what the numbers are saying.

 

His slider looked the best I've seen from him, maybe ever. His use of the changeup was great, using it in counts where he would avoid it. Stuff looked good.

 

His location was hit and miss. He only had one walk but got favourable calls and hit a couple of batters. I'm skeptical on the data if it says his stuff wasn't good and his location was. Something is wrong here.

 

For the most part it just hates his fastballs

 

Stuff+ like rates secondary pitches based on the fastballs

 

Location grades aren't stable in one start anyway
