I would direct his attention to the Rangers bullpen (ERA of 5) or the Mariners and Twins lineups (most K's in the league, team average of .240), or the Astros losing 5 games to the Royals if he's looking for flaws.

 

Rangers have a poor middle of the bullpen and questionable starting pitching, Mariners and twins have some problems with their lineups but I take at least the Mariners over ours. And really pointing out that a team has some losses recently? You've devolved to this? That's a flaw in the team? Cuz we've never lost games to poor teams or neither has every other team in baseball.

All the teams in the AL right now are flawed in their own ways. Don't think there is a clear cut favourite like in the NL with the Braves and Dodgers. Jays just need to get in and past the WC round. With their pitching and if the lineup improves just slightly, they could go on a run.

Every team has flaws (it is actually a poor choice of words when discussing teams). Well, maybe not the 2001 Mariners, they were almost flawless and....sorry bad example.
