JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Author Posted August 5, 2023 Only a freak could hit that pitch for a home run, it was way low and he scooped it. Can't blame Berrios.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Kirk is just the dumbest catcher around. The dude has zero baseball IQ Bench this guy and let Danny catch fulltime Jensen is hurt Couldn't play today
tossingthiscoin Verified Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Kirk is a double play machine. This guy is f***in slow.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Only a freak could hit that pitch for a home run, it was way low and he scooped it. Can't blame Berrios. Impressive piece of hitting Sigh... He's good.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 How's Vladdy looking today? Haven't had a chance to watch
jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Of course fatty couldn't beat that one out
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 We need to tell Kirk to never swing at a low pitch again
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 No shot Yoshida and Devers hit these pitches without extra intel. I've seen Berrios enough to know when his delivery tips his stuff. could be, just odd to through 4 slurves in a row
tossingthiscoin Verified Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Kirk needs to lose some weight. We can't live with his fat and speed.
june.june Verified Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Jensen is hurt Couldn't play today Just too unlucky. Danny is a solid catcher and our best clutch offensive hitter.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Kirk now with a 2 double play lead on Vlad in GIDPs. Bo only 2 back...its bizzaro world for the trolls
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Especially 4 times down to Devers is asking for it to be crushed Same pitch different location. He golfed it out.
bronson44 Verified Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 I like Jansen but it's getting pretty apparent that he's made of glass. He can barely stay healthy for a month at a time.
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Author Posted August 5, 2023 Impressive catch by Varsho
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Same pitch different location. He golfed it out. If you let him pick his pitch that's probably where he wants it. High fastball is a must. Yeah it was a ball and tough to hit out, but not for Devers...have to know the scouting report and Kirk/Berrios failed there Hell of a catch from Varsho again
MunenoriKawasakiMVP Verified Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 could be, just odd to through 4 slurves in a row If you think Devers can look so fluid ripping a pitch several inches below the zone without knowing what is coming I don't know what to tell you. Today, Berrios has been looking like 2022 Berrios with how confortable hitters have been.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Varsho's good. I predict very good defense and significantly better hitting next year
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Schneider looks better on d than Biggio
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 After watching the past few games. Why da f*** are Espinal and Biggio taking up roster spots.. I know Espinal is our back up SS, but both him and Biggio..
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Author Posted August 5, 2023 Berrios very good fielder

jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Schneider! Now if Dejong could finally do something productive...
