Can someone please tell me again how Mitch White is just a rough diamond and hidden gem we need to tweak to have him shine?

 

He had moderate success with the Dodgers and bad luck with the Jays with decent peripherals in 2022. Absolutely terrible year for him and a write-off for 2023 but wouldn’t be surprised to see him provide value as a long-man/5th starter in 2024
