I'd rather see the Mariners go all the way and win it making the Jays loss look better because they were the best team.

Baseball is so weird. Flawed, cool, unpredictable whatever you want to call it. The best teams often lose. Braves you could argue last year were the worst regular season team in the playoffs. Won it all. Phillies this year, probably worst team in the playoffs. Bye Cards. Padres 89 wins, Mets 100, bye Mets. Its impossible for the cream to rise in such short playoff series. Mostly luck
