He needs a third pitch for each handed hitter. and one of the three has to become a reliable swing and miss offering. He throws 3 pitches now, fastball curve and slider, but he basically eliminates one of the breaking balls against righties(curve) and the other(slider) against lefties. His slider is nasty against righties though, but his curve gets very few misses against lefties.

 

For my money, dude needs a changeup.
