Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 A Sac fly would've been so good, sigh Lets go Espinal
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Tapia in the line up...why? He's been hitting well for the past 3 weeks.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Espinal been scuffling lately, some bad swings early in counts
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Don’t tell me we’re going back to not being able to cash runners in.
bronson44 Verified Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 we can't be squandering those opportunities
Dagagad Verified Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Ump f***ed us there. Yankees are a great team but you don’t win as many games as they have without some ump luck and fielding luck sprinkled in. They’ve been getting the rub of the green all season.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Trevino manages to frame those away off-the plate pitches really well, 70% of the time it gets called a strike.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 He's been hitting well for the past 3 weeks. I’d dispute your definition of “well” but he has hit well enough to be a backup over the past month. Too bad he’s playing way more often than he should be
el duque Verified Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 this ump is showing Yankees colours.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Trevino struck out lol. This ump is trash.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 I’d dispute your definition of “well” but he has hit well enough to be a backup over the past month. Too bad he’s playing way more often than he should be Since May 24th, he's got a 134 wRC+, and a .308/.333/.500 slash line. If that's not "well" then I'm not sure what word you'd prefer.

If that's not "well" then I'm not sure what word you'd prefer. I was looking at the past month numbers. Yeah, he’s hot right now, but he should not be in the starting lineup as often as he is. He’s just not that good and he’s utter trash in the field
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Manoah is basically putting this franchise on his back. Be nice if he got a little bit of help.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 Big inning here. Biggio gets on base and the top of the order crushes the ball
