Wow

Suzuki pretty much passed out after catching a wamup pitch on the chin

Might have worked it's way to hit him in the larynx. Possibly couldn't breath.

Ya man... he fully passed out there. Never seen anything like that before. Hope we get a positive update soon.

I went back to see what happened to Suzuki, only took a minute, and when I went back to live the Jays were already done. Wtf

I’ve had the same thing happen to me as a hockey and lacrosse goalie; it has something to do with causing swelling around the artery that supplies blood (and oxygen obviously) to the brain, constricting the flow. You end up seeing almost nothing but blinding white light in your eyes, have almost no proper balance, and yes you can even pass out. Usually it will pass after 5-10 minutes if the swelling is not too bad or you get ice on it.

Late watching the game. Why is Springer not in the lineup? Does Charlie not realize winning games is good?

The high performance department determined there was an 8.5% chance tonight against Lorenzen that Springer fell on a swing, hurt himself, and missed 6 weeks.

Can we get one game where we have a comfortable enough lead to have Espinal pitch? I am so exhausted of these 1-run roller coasters. Nail-biting.
