Omar Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Looks like Pete Walker's message worked: TTFF Throw The Fcken Fastball
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Wow Suzuki pretty much passed out after catching a wamup pitch on the chin
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Wow Suzuki pretty much passed out after catching a wamup pitch on the chin Might have worked it's way to hit him in the larynx. Possibly couldn't breath.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Wow Suzuki pretty much passed out after catching a wamup pitch on the chin f*** that looked scary him trying to go into the dugout
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 f*** that looked scary him trying to go into the dugout Ya man... he fully passed out there. Never seen anything like that before. Hope we get a positive update soon.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Ah man, it just absolutely feels like s*** with these quick innings.
Big BlueJay Verified Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Lol just 5 pitches Well it worked so well for Jansen to swing at the first pitch the rest of them might as well follow suit
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 I went back to see what happened to Suzuki, only took a minute, and when I went back to live the Jays were already done. Wtf
Laxjedi Verified Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 I’ve had the same thing happen to me as a hockey and lacrosse goalie; it has something to do with causing swelling around the artery that supplies blood (and oxygen obviously) to the brain, constricting the flow. You end up seeing almost nothing but blinding white light in your eyes, have almost no proper balance, and yes you can even pass out. Usually it will pass after 5-10 minutes if the swelling is not too bad or you get ice on it.

Big BlueJay Verified Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Time to bump the Pete Walker thread. Maybe he can take a shot at hitting coach too, can't do any worse..
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Late watching the game. Why is Springer not in the lineup? Does Charlie not realize winning games is good?
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 I feel so bad for Chapman, he hits the ball so hard - jfc.
Big BlueJay Verified Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 This guy only throws 5-6 pitches an inning he could go 12 if it's tied
43211234 Verified Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Late watching the game. Why is Springer not in the lineup? Does Charlie not realize winning games is good? The high performance department determined there was an 8.5% chance tonight against Lorenzen that Springer fell on a swing, hurt himself, and missed 6 weeks.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 matt just missed it chapman. No one in baseball has hit more balls that needed 5 more feet to be a homer than Chappy.
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Where the hell is Spanky? Too quiet here.

Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Can we get one game where we have a comfortable enough lead to have Espinal pitch? I am so exhausted of these 1-run roller coasters. Nail-biting.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 Biggio needs Vladdy's grandmother cooking for him.
