Long time reader first time poster, pretty impressed with what the Jays did this season, big step forward in their development. If the Jays want to take that next step forward, they need to fire Montoyo. Great developing manager, not a contending manager. I wouldn’t be opposed to giving Schneider a shot at managing this team. It’s pretty bad when your manager is out there joking and smiling while your pitcher is getting thrown out, and your pitching coach has to stand up for your players. There are lots of factors why Charlie isn’t the right guy to lead this team going forward.

That's okay; season was a blast.

 

Vlad did get his 48 HRs, put on a show for the majority of the season.

I love the Bo/Teo/Vlad core (that's 3 30/100+ guys, like what!) with Springer leadership, and they made it exciting until the last game.

 

What else can you really ask for!

 

Let's kickback, watch what is going to be an absolute banger of a post season (Rays, Dodgers, Giants, Brewers, Cardinals).

 

And get our wishlist filled up for next season; 2022, we're going to be breaking some doors down.
