DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Please get some runs man holy s*** this game.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Gurriel blocking his path really seems like one of those non reviewable things, so not sure how they came to that conclusion
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Buck and pat completely ignoring lourdes blocking verdugo lol
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Author Posted August 7, 2021 Dugie being safe worked in the Jays favor. Wasted a Bogaerts AB.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Gurriel blocking his path really seems like one of those non reviewable things, so not sure how they came to that conclusion He was trying to catch the ball, not intentional, so I change my mind that was an horrendous review call
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Nice. Lets gets some runs boys.
InvincibleTiger Verified Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Let's get a bloody run already.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Didn't think it mattered if the interference was intentional or not. When a batter interferes with the catcher on a swing follow through, impeding his ability to throw the ball, it's still an out... Intentional or not.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 This is puzzling, hanging breaking ball, fastballs down the middle, cannot get to this guy.
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Does Ray get another inning? He probably shouldn't.
InvincibleTiger Verified Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 And 1 pitch, one out. Frustrating.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 But isn't Guriel blocking him from stepping on it? Good call.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Does Ray get another inning? He must with Devers coming up.
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 This is puzzling, hanging breaking ball, fastballs down the middle, cannot get to this guy. Eovaldi was doing the exact same thing yesterday and we were consistently missing a ton of mistakes.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Ray better than anyone in the pen but he's probably done.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 offence is playing like the Mets today
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Not going to score today offense is asleep....
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 They said he never touched the bag? BWHAHAHAHAHA, BWHAHAHA, the league is beyond dumb.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 The replay system in baseball is so bad. They get away with so many weird calls and never have to explain themselves.
InvincibleTiger Verified Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Score 12 the night before, then next day get shutout. Typical
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Didn't think it mattered if the interference was intentional or not. When a batter interferes with the catcher on a swing follow through, impeding his ability to throw the ball, it's still an out... Intentional or not. Don't think it's reviewable though... But like... They just said that he didn't touch the bag, which HE VERY CLEARLY DID. What a brutally brutal call.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Wow. Nevermind then. What an egregious call
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 I get the obstruction thing but you have to be f***ing blind to say he never touched the bag.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 The MLB don't want Toronto in the post season.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
