They're trying to get Biggio to be more aggressive and hit for more power. He's swinging way more and missing everything. Probably over-swinging as well because he has no natural exit velo at all.

 

He has also gone down looking on strike 3's more so than anyone else on our team I think. The whole being aggressive on the first pitch but being passive with 2 strikes is a horrible strategy for him.
