Yeah they’ll likely luck their way into the playoffs this year due to the expanded format, but they really don’t feel like a playoff team. I can’t see them beating any of the other playoff teams. Maybe they could luck their way past the best of 3 series but no way they get further than that. Too many mistakes.

We’re missing our best player, both our closers, our top pitching prospect has a flexor strain, offense has been a tire fire on the road, no production from all our catchers, manager is extremely controversial, playing one of the toughest schedules in baseball and somehow STILL a 21-18 record.

 

Get back to Buffalo. Bring back Bichette, Giles, and Pearson. And go after the Yankees in their 10-game season finale. Still have games against the Orioles, Mets, and Phillies too.
