Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Lucky to get outta that inning man
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Luck. We should've lost the lead in that inning...but I'll take it.

EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 buntoyo magic prevails lmao
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Guerrero is a massive liability playing first
baubau Verified Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Remind me to never play chess with Charlie. If he got a pawn to the other side of the chess board he'd switch it out for another pawn, just to f*** with you.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 If he got a pawn to the other side of the chess board he'd switch it out for another pawn, just to f*** with you. And it would somehow work.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 That s*** from Vladdy i have to say i've never seen at the MLB level.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 That s*** from Vladdy i have to say i've never seen at the MLB level. You should watch more baseball
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Like I get Vladdy is playing a new position but its still baseball man. You should know the positioning aspect of every position but catching at this stage of your career.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 That s*** from Vladdy i have to say i've never seen at the MLB level. Yes he's 21. But that kind of s*** you should know....and if you don't...once you do it once, you don't do it again.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Dan "Kay is really making good use of his fastball" Buck "He's pitching to Joseph"
BlueRocky Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Caleb Joseph games played: 1 Amount of games it took for Caleb Joseph to take a walk: 1 Reese McGuire games played: 19 Amount of games it took for Reese McGuire to take a walk: N/A
baubau Verified Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Yes he's 21. But that kind of s*** you should know....and if you don't...once you do it once, you don't do it again. I mean...that hasn't applied to his base running so far.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Caleb has already surprised all of Reese's accomplishments for the season lol
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Yes he's 21. But that kind of s*** you should know....and if you don't...once you do it once, you don't do it again. He is 21 playing a position he never has, coming from a position where you charge everything
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Vlad see ball Vlad chase ball In this thread there's a lot of people complaining about Vladdy getting more exercise.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Dan "Kay is really making good use of his fastball" Buck "He's pitching to Joseph" Old expression playing catch with the catcher. Throwing the ball where he wants it.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Yes he's 21. But that kind of s*** you should know....and if you don't...once you do it once, you don't do it again. Don't be so sure, this isn't the first time he's done that this year, tonight's was more extreme.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Vlad see ball Vlad chase ball I would rather he make aggressive mistakes over being scared of the ball and timid to make plays. Derek Fisher genuinely looks afraid to catch fly balls. I wonder if he got hit in the face by a fly ball because he plays like he did.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 He is 21 playing a position he never has, coming from a position where you charge everything That was not a complex play. Grounder hit directly at the 2B...it wasn't even a 50/50 judgement call. Vladdy has one job in that instance.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Don't be so sure, this isn't the first time he's done that this year, tonight's was more extreme. That's the point. He's already done it before.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 joseph gets a walk in his first plate appearance. Mcguire didn't have a walk all season..lol
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 That was not a complex play. Grounder hit directly at the 2B...it wasn't even a 50/50 judgement call. Vladdy has one job in that instance. Soft grounder, 2B playing back. Not about complex its about natural reaction. His whole career its been charge. 15 games at 1B isn't going to get rid of that. Needs reps
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 this guy is throwing junk guys cant lay off the breaking ball out of the zone
