He said Vladdie had heard the innuendo about his weight and was open to hitting the gym and going on a restricted diet in off-season. No guarantee he'll do it, but its at least a start.

 

I think he will though, his dad will push him in the right direction

I think it has to do with vetrin presents and Maile probably being a nice catcher to throw to as a young inexperienced starter.
