I guess the upcoming 4 game series with KC will be big for the 'race to the bottom'.

 

I don't know how to feel about losing 3 straight by 2 or fewer runs to the mighty Yankees. I guess should take it as a sign this team might be able to be competitive in a couple years with some starting pitching.

True story, travel ball, I had to always ask for my better catcher, when I pitched. s***** bat and all. He had an accurate arm too, the other dude threw hard and s***, but he wasn't accurate. I held them close, always. My buddy to this day calls me Jimmy Key, lol.

 

I bat clean up and crushed my f***ers in all year, slingers, too. I hit soo many doubles and triples cause I was slow as f***. lol

 

Not many fences then. I hit doubles then, that normal kids run for dingers.

I'm thinking that the official scorer might have ruled that McKinney would have gone first to third on Biggio's single and then scored on Vlad's failed double play attempt.
