I find it odd...if Councell was going to use Miley as a decoy today to get Roberts to start his weaker LHP lineup....you think he'd announce his starter ahead of time, just as he did earlier in the series. He wouldn't want to give Roberts any indication that something was up.

Even if it's as simple as he wanted Miley to face Bellinger I'm still good with it. I mean if Miley pitched today he'd not be available for a 1 out situation on Friday. Turns out he didn't get him but that doesn't matter at all.

To be fair Dodger Stadium, in the evening/night, in colder weather is probably the worst hitting park in the game. Nearly impossible to hit a ball out, which is the focus now it seems. I agree though, Kershaw is pitching well regardless.

You're right, they've also had to deal with those brutal shadows. But the K/BB is more what I'm focusing on to determine dominance, which Woodruff is doing just as well.
