Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Machado proving himself to be a gutless puke once again. I don't think Machado is much of a douchebag. The play was petty, Machado probably isn't.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Yeah, definitely an unnecessary slide. Don't see how that makes him gutless though. He's just a f***ing puke. His stupidity just cost his team (and it would have cost him twice if Arcia attempts a throw the first time). I mean at least he ran to 2nd instead of jogging like he did the last game. He's the anti-leader. The complete opposite of a gutty player.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 The first two were him definitely being a petty bitch. But I'd argue has hasn't done anything close to that since then. The second one was iffy. Still don't think he's a **** though.
HealthDream007 Verified Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 I am well aware of those events. I also agree he's been dick at times, and is not the most likable player. My qualm was more about using the word "gutless", which doesn't really apply here.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 I love how he hits Norris in the head with his bat - in what looks to be an accidental manner....then doesn't look apologetic at all, doesn't check on Norris or anything as he leaves the game. What a ****.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 He was apologetic after this one, but there is no reason to slide spikes high like this ever, so this one is just plain stupidity if it wasn't intentional.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Buehler keeps coming up to bat in big RBI opportunies National League baseball
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Everything about Machado gives me the impression he's a ****. I can't root for any team he's on. I'm also amazed that Eric Kratz is starting in the NLCS...we aren't talking about that enough IMO

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Anyone clinging to 2014 clips to prove that Machado is a **** needs to remove the broomstick(s) from their collective asses.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 It was a bad pitch but I think Grandal has to do a lot more there, that seemed like a pitch that you should be able to keep within reasonable distance from you.

I just watched him jog out grounders and cost his team base runners in the playoffs (by being a moron). Can't that make him a ****? If I were his teammate, I'd be f***ing pissed at him.
HealthDream007 Verified Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 That was a hell of a play.

HealthDream007 Verified Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 And that's the dagger in all likelihood.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Lol Erik Kratz and Orlando Arcia come through again in the playoffs. Unpopular opinion: Walker Buehler probably shouldn't have stayed in the game this long.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Kratz and Arcia.....jesus. That would be like Maile and Goins doing it for the Jays in the 2016 playoffs.

Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Did you think Bautista or Edwin were ****s for doing the exact same thing? You mean (the slide) when it was a legal and encouraged play in baseball? No - because that didn't cost the team. Or did Edwin and Jose jog out ground balls in the playoffs like lazy ****s too? FWIW - I do think Jose's a ****.

Tonight - Kratz and Arcia won.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Corey Knebel is so nasty. incredibly when he's on. That knuckle curve is video game worthy.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Que the old guys talking about how you have to do that when they give it to you...
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Grandel - have a series yo!
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Grandal is having a brutal series.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Dodgers fans are chanting "we want Austin", that's cold.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Since when can 34 year old Joakim Soria throw 95? What the f***?
