Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Author Posted July 6, 2018 You see where Gibby gets his humour and up beat character from. His mom's a doll.
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Sounds like there could be more Yankee fans at the game than Jays fans. Lol
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Author Posted July 6, 2018 Gaviglio has to live on the corners every night Tabby, ya dolt.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Slick movement from Gaviglio, and really nice play by Travis there.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Author Posted July 6, 2018 Sounds like there could be more Yankee fans at the game than Jays fans. Lol Not after that play, lol. Yankee fans travel well, especially here.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 I'd rather face Didi with the extra runner than groove one to Stanton.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Sit down Didi, you can't ALWAYS get Yankee Stadium strike zones.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Author Posted July 6, 2018 Sit down Didi, you can't ALWAYS get Yankee Stadium strike zones. The hate is Strong in you, young one!
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Author Posted July 6, 2018 Personal Catchers... *shutters*
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Why in the f*** is Pillar batting 5th?
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 lol... Rivera! That was the right move, this time.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Author Posted July 6, 2018 That was the right move, this time. Not after the bobble?
glory Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Martin looks done. He's a catcher at age 35 so not all that surprising.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Not after the bobble? Even with 2 outs and Martin up next, he should have sent him. In that situation, you take the chance. Also, why the f*** are both Pillar and Martin batting before Grichuk?

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Martin looks done. He's a catcher at age 35 so not all that surprising. BABIP is .216 this year, and he's still got a half decent OBP... *shrug*
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Author Posted July 6, 2018 BABIP is .216 this year, and he's still got a half decent OBP... *shrug* Yeah, I've been saying that for near 4 months, his hard hit is fantastic too. He has a black cloud following him.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 BABIP is .216 this year, and he's still got a half decent OBP... *shrug* He's walking more, but fewer line drives + more soft contact (hard% about the same as usual). Plus he doesn't look as good on D. He's probably better than his line currently is, but he's done as a starting C.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Pillar makes highlight catches look so easy lol.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2018 Author Posted July 6, 2018 Attaboy Pillar... he's a gem... f*** defensive metrics.

I'm hoping we see him split time with Janssen next year, but might as well let him play out this year as the starting catcher, 'cause Maile isn't going anywhere, and he's pretty much worse... Pillar still can play some D, even if he can't hit for s***.
JoJo Parker Dunedin Blue Jays - A SS On Tuesday, Parker was just 1-for-5, but the one hit was his first professional home run. Explore JoJo Parker News >
