Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Right call imo. Man, Marco having some rough luck this inning.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 would that even work? Why not he wasn't at first. When they place the runners they can say he was out. Its the same as a player leaving the bag early on tag up plays.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 It looks pretty clearly fair tbh. Yeah, after seeing it again.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Huh so it was close enough to make the call

el duque Verified Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Estrada is not fooling anybody else tonight time to bring our bull pen
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 he only wasnt at first cause the umpire said it was foul though Its not really the Blue Jays fault though. You have to play through the play now you can't assume anything on the original call. If you're even slightly unsure throw the ball to first if the base runner isn't there.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 That looks fair from that angle. Jesus Christ. I wish they would start throwing the balls to the bases so we stop getting screwed on these plays. Throw to first and Machado is out. It's a deadball regardless.
el duque Verified Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 El duque ALCS 2005 game 3, came bases loaded no out and did not allow any run
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 If Barnes can find a away to get out of this 1 run or less and keep us in this game I will be thrilled.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 It's a deadball regardless. You're probably right. I would just like to see them throw that extra wrinkle in there to f*** with them more when placing runners.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 You're probably right. I would just like to see them throw that extra wrinkle in there to f*** with them more when placing runners. I am right, the ump called a foul ball.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 That was a meatball but I will take the strikeout lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Holy f*** that was some strike 2 mistake pitch.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Wow the absolute madman got out of it. This could be huge.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 lol if this game was taking place in may that would have been gone
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Heyo... Barnes put out a fire, just like last season.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 I will absolutely take that. We looked cooked there for sure lol.
el duque Verified Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 He did it. Barnes deserves the Jays win this game for him
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 That kind of effort deserves some runs in appreciation. Get to it, boys.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Do guys remember when Jesse Carlson came into a game with the bases loaded nobody out and struck out the side against Texas. That was like one of my favourite Blue Jays memories ever lol.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 This is a close game. Why is Axford warming up in a close game?
