Interesting take. It would mean a decently healthy season, maybe a bit too optimistic.

Would be hoping to get a better projection out of Sanchez if he manages to pitch 130+ innings, he only had 36IP last year.

The jays front office seems more collaborative. According to Atkins, Cherington worked with Garcia's agent on this deal. I'm sure Atkins, Cherington, LaCava, Tinnish, etc, do a lot of grunt work, and maybe Shapiro too, to get deals done, just that Shapiro has the final say.
