Thoughts on Moniak? I'd be looking at Kingery + Crawford. Not sure how likely they are to move him but would love Eickhoff included somehow as well.

Well if they want to compete now, JD would be an upgrade over Franko. No point to hanging onto JD if you trade Stroman.

Definitely. Would want at least one of their intriguing MLB ready (or close) bats along with Sixto and probably some other goodies. They definitely have the ammo to pry a good pitcher away if they're willing to pay up.

No point in reducing the return that way. Only thing to do is wait out Tulo and Martin contracts when ~$35M AAV comes off the books. And use it then to get some high value free agent. Vladdy and Bo should be high performers by then.

This team is not going to compete in 2018, regardless of where Stroman plays. My only concern is where this team will be in 2021...cause that when I'm hoping their next window opens. I don't see anything realistic happening in Toronto for a few seasons.

The AL is top heavy with 4 good teams (two of which are susceptible to a big injury) and the 5th spot could realistically be barely above .500. I'm not opposed to a retooling but an assumption that you will get zero from Tulo, Pearce and Travis again just seems like a mistake.
