Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 That feeling when you have Jeff Mathis starting behind the plate That worse feeling when you have to take him in your DFS lineup instead of Iannetta who you expected to start, because you can't afford anyone else who isn't locked from last night
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Feels like Arizona should take this
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I'm betting lunch on this game with a work buddy. Taking Arizona, so I'm looking forward to my free whole meal of food next week.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Mathis? Lmao did not know he's playing for a playoff team

Arizona is the clear favourite for this game. He should have required you pay out two lunches for every one of his. Any time you find someone to bet even money and you can take the favourite, that's an automatic no regrets bet you take even if you get unlucky and lose it. Flashes of Greenwood and his dumbassed bet against Stroman that a bunch of people collected easy money on.

I wouldn't call betting against Arizona at even money smart either, but in a single game environment, I also wouldn't call taking Arizona "easy money".
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Wow, that had some serious air under it!
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 I think it's safe to say that Gray isn't on.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 5 hits from the first 6 batters lol.

P2F Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Goldy's a beast! First-pitch hammer time!

It really was a no-brainer bet on my part - a bet I'd happily take every time.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Man, that didn't miss Greinke's face by very much.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Man, that didn't miss Greinke's face by very much. He didn't even flinch!
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 I think that's the biggest divot I've seen that wasn't from a shoe!
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Robbie Ray just turned 26, seems like he's been around forever.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Ketel Marte looks hilarious at the plate.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Man, I would not feel comfortable with the game in the hands of Fernando Rodney, if it gets to that point.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Robbie Ray just turned 26, seems like he's been around forever. Archie Bradley is soon going to be in the game and the same sentiment will be true.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 That was some play by Goldy to keep his foot on the bag.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Lol Archie Bradley walking off the mound with unparalleled levels of swag.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 But I was told that the Rockies don't have a chance
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 But I was told that the Rockies don't have a chance They ain't going away!
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Certainly can't complain about the quality of the wildcard games. And Archie Bradley, or all people, with the triple!
