That was more on Smoak...he couldn't get the ball out of his glove throwing the timing way off

Yeah but sometimes you need to let your young stud try and get himself out of it, if anything to build experience, especially when your other option is Leone.

Glad they used a pinch runner on their best hitter who was already on 3rd, rather than on Morales who is at 1B and slow as s***.
