Oh yeah for sure. We had a lot of people advocating for the signing, and it's sad for us as Jays fans to see Thames do so well, but at the same time really exciting because he's a really cool dude.

I either watch live or don't see games. every game is streamed somewhere, but not many replays or torrents.

 

Most sports torrent sites got closed down the last 2 years. first the Premiere league went after them and then the NFL. took out most. there are still some games but so far only 1 jays game I've seen this year as a torrent, but then most jays games have not been worth watching so far this year. I hope this weekend is a sign of better times to come.

that's the thing... I am trying not to stay up all night. I really need to get to a somewhat normalized schedule but I hate not seeing the games. If I pay for it I feel like I have to stay up and watch every game. For games shown while I'm at home, I've missed more this year already than I missed the last couple years combined.

I think the idea was that after walking the leadoff guy that Chavez would start Carrera off with a hittable fastball, good for hit and run. I don't mind the idea too much, Carrera did a f***ing awful job, he wasn't even close.

He's arguably our best projected bench player. He doesn't look very good right now at the plate, but he's certainly not the only one on the team.
