He's safe. Coghlan had nowhere else to slide, either he body checks Lindor or he slides underneath and makes contact with his feet. There's nothing wrong with what he did there.

 

His feet were in line with Lindor's and not with the bag when they made contact, that's what made me question it. Should be allowed to take out slide anyway.
