I think Bautista has great hand eye coordination, so although laying down a bunt is not guaranteed, he has just as good a shot as anybody, regardless if he doesn't do it often.

 

There is no way Jose bunts there. He didn't wait to get a pitch up and drove that thing right into the ground. Just wasn't a good AB, but no way in hell he bunts there.
