I mean seriously that is about the worst managing imaginable. Upton on 3rd with 1 out and we are about the worst in that situation that I have ever seen...why not bunt. Perfect guy at 3rd and at bat for it. So stupid

I missed something while cooking (Steak and Potatoes for the record). Why would a guy that has played less than an eighth of his 802 minor games at short...be put in as a defensive replacement (pinch runner somewhere?) Also how does a move like that end up working out?

I might have taken a chance on that but I doubt it, Pillar would have tried to bunt it after it hit the dirt 10 feet in front if the plate.
